Refund policy

All sales are final. Because Loamble sells digital products (PDFs and Notion templates) that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are not offered by default.

That said, if you have a genuine issue (file didn't arrive, the Notion link is broken, or the product isn't what was described), email hello@loamble.com within 14 days of purchase and I'll work with you to make it right.
